The management of the Company has over 40 years joint experience in all aspects of property development, including sourcing, acquisition procedures, developments both new build and refurbishment projects, sales, property management and lettings.

In addition the management has been responsible for the Project Management of both residential and commercial developments from inception of concept drawings through to tender procedures and completion certification.

As members of the National Association of Estate Agents and Residential Landlords Association in the UK we pride ourselves on operating to the highest business standards.

Our Code of Practice is formulated from the N.A.E.A and a copy of our constitution is available for viewing at our offices. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in North Cyprus under Chamber Registration No 11243.
