Yes, funds can be transferred into our client account or alternatively to your local bank account if you have one. A Power of Attorney can be arranged during your visit, which gives signing powers to your nominated person who can complete the transaction on your behalf. This may seem like a free reign to someone, but this method is common practice here.

Once I've bought my land ? where do I go from there? |
| A |
By the time you have purchased your land, we will have talked through the many options that are available to you. We offer full design and build schemes, which will include parcellation of your land (this identifies what you can build where on the land), Designs and submitting the scheme for planning permission.
Once you have the relevant planning permission, we can arrange a Bill of Quantities to be submitted out to Tender and monitoring of the building works accordingly. If you have any other questions or enquiries please do not hesitate to email us and we will reply to you by return. |
